I am very happy to say that this year I celebrated Christmas Eve in a much better state of mind that many before. I was doing great, ate a balanced meal, joined the kids in cookie decorating but of course who could resist desert! OH and my apple pecan crisp was a total hit! I felt pretty guilty about desert so I woke up bright and early and tried out my new gift..
A new running watch! I was in need of a long run
so I looped around 2 big neighborhoods
and ended up doing
almost 9 and a half miles woohoo!
We celebrated up until almost 2 am so I am beat! Soon I will be visiting my father for gifts and then dinner with Chris' family tonight :)
